The hotel was in a good location, close to the train station and tourist attractions. the room was spacious and modern with a nice view. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The onsen was disappointing and looked dirty. the breakfast was not good at all - the food was cold and tasteless.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the train station and within walking distance to the castle and train museum. The modern, spacious rooms were amazing, equipped with a comfortable seating area and work desk. the view from my room was amazing; I could see the fine castle from my window. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and their friendliness made me feel at ease. breakfast was of high quality, and the hotel offered an excellent onsen experience.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the castle and the train museum. It's also near the train station, making travel easy. The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. They come with a desk and a small seating area. I particularly enjoyed the onsen and the high-quality breakfast, which had a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel also has great views from some rooms.
There were a couple of things that didn't work out for me. I found that the staff could be a bit friendlier and more approachable.

Right by station, short walk to castle and train museum. Spacious, modern rooms. Great onsen, excellent breakfast. Great view of castle. Kind, friendly reception. Will definitely return.
